The location is perfect and excellent, it's in Taksim district adjacent to metro, and the alley that Next2 is in...

The accommodations are beautifully decorated and have a lovely terrace, plus the staff is very friendly, and it's conveniently located in a central area.

The hotel manager Awny was really helpful and cooperative, I had a great support, whatever I asked for was really there.

Have few comments regarding the room cleanliness: • First of all, bed sheets weren't changed during my stay (5 days!) • It seems the housekeeping didn't have much time to clean the floor, neither from dust nor dirt! • The baby cot was untouchable, sheets weren’t changed and the cover wasn't even well organized! Apparently, all what they did was just changing the wc towels and turning back the bed cover!!, This housekeeping part needs a lot of development. One more thing, although the hotel's location is very central, the street is not an easy one to get in, it was a very narrow inclined one, and was really hard to reach at the first time, Taxi took an additional 30 minutes from the airport to reach the location, rather than the view of the building next side of the narrow street was really ugly, so apparently there was no temptation to open the balcony.

Perfectly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was perfect very close to Next2 is in, and other attractions. The room was fashionable and large with private bathroom included.

Convenient location right by a subway station! 🚇 the spot is ideal for me.

The venue was set in the central position very close to Taksim Square and the famous Istiklal Street and the next alley where cars could n't enter and Istiklal Avenue. Rooms with a terrace had a comfortable atmosphere...

The Location was Great . The Staff was even better !! They do not say No to any request ! We wanted a late checkout (3:30 pm) & they let us the room till then with smile . Just off the main Istkilal Cadessi street and Very safe as 3 Buildings away is the Police station.

Conveniently located with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. Just a 5-minute stroll to the Second Floor. 🍻

I cant call it room but appartment...it was just huge (I would say 60sqm) very well decorated and appointed. You feel at home right after opening the door. The location is perfect 20m from police,60m from the famous and vibrant istikial street but without any noise coming from the street. The street is not really clean, lot of cute cat around :-) but still it is safe and the next2 building is nice inside and outside. The 2 staff there, Farook and Erkan(?) would do everything to help and speak a fluent english. The breakfast is not from a 5* but still they will cook you eggs, coffee and cover most of your needs. Really do not hesitate to book this hotel!!!

Nothing much. To go in the details I would say the entrance door would be very heavy for a woman thats all!!!

Everything was good. It was more than we expected. We will stay again next week.

The only problem that we found was that the shower door was not a complete door and was only a partition like door, so the water would spill on the floor and their was no way to dry it up. Their was no drain in the bathroom to let the water go (only the one in the shower). We left it to dry by itself, but everything else was good.

Very good location, very clean, spacious room , helpful personnel, breakfast that had a touch of local cuisine.

I consider it a rather overpriced suite hostel, (for the data of Istanbul) with basic hotel services. The small alley it is on, was often rather noisy either due to people across the street shouting, or the street cleaners working early in the morning or some noise probably from restoration work going on at a building across the road. I also didn't like the inability to issue a printed receipt at checking out instead of a handwritten one on a paper with a hotel stamp.
